HACE Construction was built on a simple idea — that homeowners in Northern Virginia deserve a contractor who actually shows up, communicates clearly, and cares about the outcome as much as they do.

Owner Cole Lucas came up through the industry the right way. A construction engineering student at Virginia Tech, he spent years working across residential and commercial projects in the DC metro area — managing schedules, coordinating trades, and learning what separates a good renovation from a great one. That experience lives in every project HACE takes on.

The name says it all. HACE — Housing and Construction Experts — and in Spanish, the verb hacer means to do, to make, to build. Both meanings fit. At HACE, we believe a great contractor takes care of everyone — not just the client. That means treating your home with respect, keeping you informed every step of the way, and making sure the hardworking people on your job site are valued too. That commitment runs through everything we do.

Every project HACE completes is backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty. If something is not right, we come back and make it right — no runaround, no excuses.

That warranty flows all the way through our operation. Our subcontractors are contractually required to back the same guarantee, so you are protected at every level of the work.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty
All labor and workmanship performed by HACE Construction is warranted for 2 years from project completion. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no cost to the homeowner.
Manufacturer Warranties
All materials and products carry their respective manufacturer warranties, passed directly to the homeowner. Documentation provided at project close-out.
Fully Insured
General Liability and Workers Compensation through Erie Insurance. Certificate of insurance available upon request before any work begins.
